I've been using BWgen and some recordings which I downloaded, composed by the Centrepointe company very heavily in the past week...

and at the moment I have a headache. I never get headaches.

I'm not accusing binaural beats of causing headaches, because today I played a heavy game of footy and it was also very hot. Highly probable that Im a lil de-hydrated.

However Mr Bill Harris of Centrepointe? said that when he was doing research, he found that the lower the frequencies, the more effective their difference becomes. He and his team then started using very low signals, but it was too much of a shock to the brain and he said they became agitated, tired and generally unusual.

Maybe I'll lay off the BWGen for a while
