I made a post about this a while back, and found out I was good at dream control during some sense of awareness. It's happened a few more times. The thing is I rarely come out and consciously say to myself "I'm Dreaming". |

That's odd. That's exactly what happens in mine too. I remember my first time being lucid, I didn't really feel happy that I was lucid even though I knew that I should have. It's very hard to describe. |

This inner knowing that you're dreaming is something we develop by experiencing lucid dreams frequently. Apparently this is due to excessive amount of lucid dreams as a kid which trained you into having these instincts. |

Yeah, I get this too. In my NDs I often 'know' I'm dreaming, on some level, and will do things like attempting to prevent awakening, if the dream is going well. I have yet to find a way to make this useful in inducing 'proper' lucidity, however. |

Thats a very low level of lucid dreaming. In the past couple of nights here and there Ive started thinking like that too. |

Neither Will alone, nor Strength alone.
I think there is 3 types of lucid dream. |
