      melatonin + meds

      i finally ordered some melatonin with my new found credit card :-)
      if it gets here through customs...does anyone know of any interactions with it and other drugs? I dont like the thought of my taking 4 different sort of downers in one night, and thats not counting the illigal ones..

      I am going away 28th-5th to Byron Bay, a healing, hippy town...hopefully to help me heal my pain and feel less sad (and smoke massive amounts of weed of course :-) )

      No interaction problems, Im pretty sure, since melatonin is naturally in your body anyways. It seems to be good for 100's of things and people reccomend it for all sorts of problesm. Ive never hear of melatonin being bad for you.

      You should be alright. Treat it with respect when first trying it or implementating it into your daily dosages of whatever medications you may be taking, and see if there's any interactions... If there aren't, you can safely increase your dosage to the recommended or whatever you so desire.
