Is It Possible to WILD Without Any Sleep Before the Attempt?

I just wanted to know. It would be awesome if it is possible.
In a world where darkness is fear, there's always that light at the end of the tunnel.

I could see it happening, but it's probably most likely after going to bed at a time which would usually be your REM time, due to circadian rhythms and such.

Someone who can currently do this actually wrote a tutorial on exactly this a few weeks ago; it's a pretty good read: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=59810

It is not easy to fall into a dream at evening, but this time is really valuable for many experimentations. As the sleep comes slower, it is much easier to perform many experiments with half dream states. I usually practice visualisation and relaxation when falling asleep.... just for fun.

At evening, it is much harder to remain aware, becouse your brain is tired and it needs its rest. Thats why many people cannot hold consciousness for long.

Another difficulty could be, that people are using logical thinking during day, and it needs its time to switch into creativity and imagination...

Yet... Every evening can be used to develop supporting abilities, which will aid you in WBTB.
