Hi there,

I was afraid of the dark and just imagining characthers from spooky movies made me shake. That was until I realised nothing can happen to me, that it was just in my head. I don't know, mabye you just have to realise that and tell yourself that some things are just fiction.
Now I can walk around the house with the lights switched off and have no problem about it. Those images and feelings of fear are still there, but now I can control them.
So next time you feel that way say to yourself it's not real.
