      Lucidless...GRRRR!

I have a problem; I have not been able to have a lucid dream for...I think about three months now. I don't know what is wrong, as I have been able to naturally enter lucidity (for the most part). However, I am now only able to become slightly lucid when I have just gone back to sleep, and this always wakes me up (none of these have been false awakenings).

I need a little bit of help here, and any advice would be much appreciated!

      Thanks

How old are you? If you are a teenager then it's natural for you to have trouble with lucidity at random times due to puberty and hormonal spikes. If you aren't, then I dunno.
