      Entire Body Numb

      The past few nights I've been trying to keep my mind awake while my body falls asleep. The farthest I've gotten is my entire body will go numb or fall asleep and my mind is just kind of chilling. I specifically remember starting to hear a high pitched ringing noise but it went away shortly after it came. It seemed like at some points I would start to see different psychedelic patterns but not really full blown images/scenes.

      Can anyone help me out here? I tried some MILD techniques from this point but I just couldn't seem to get it. Also I felt as if my astral body was able to somewhat pull away from my physical body but I think I just felt like that cause my body was somewhat paralyzed. I was sleeping on my stomach and I didn't feel any noticeable vibrations so I doubt it was anything near astral projection so...any help would be nice.

      WILD is king!

      What can i say but keep trying, i feel that WILD is by the most interesting and effective technique for LDing and I've successfully done it 3 times, i know its not much but ive tyred for a year without much success and now i have 3 LDS in a month using WILD, keep at it, keep detached always from the dream scene, when you start seeing colors just be totally passive and accept what you see, don't feel the urge to move at all even if the sounds get scary( i heard a train roaring past me lol) its not real and wont hurt you, and then when you see images of true dream scenes just let yourself fall into them, and there you go your in the most amazing state of consciousness, sorry if its not clear enough, just pm me if you want any more info ok!!
