Thread: Really bad dreams...how to make them stop?

I just stepped into the lucid dreaming world but ive yet to gain control of my dreams. For some reason in all my dreams its just africans being lynched. I wanna step into my dreams and cut them down or something but i just cant.

I dont really understand this because im not a racist guy but i cant seem to stop having these dreams/nightmares so i came here to seek advice. Im really sick of these dreams and i want them to stop, ive had them for about 4 years now.

Therapy is probably not needed.

Lucid dreaming a meditation would sort this problem out.

Through lucid dreaming you could step into the dream and sort things out. If you have already tried this, then maybe through meditation you could detach yourself from the emotion you feel while experiencing these dreams. Then it simply wouldent matter.
