      Frequent Lucid Dreams

Ive been having Lucid Dreams everynight for the past few weeks. In my dreams I have 100 percent total control over what I do and think. I do have some sense of this is a dream. I have been told that it is really really difficult to read things while dreaming. In the past few dreams I have been able to reconize money. I can reconize it like when your consious and you place a 5, 10, 20 dollar bill on the table, you can easily reconize which one is the 20. Also I have been able to read room numbers clearly. I can walk away from where im reading these numbers and come back and still read and process what the numbers are and the numerical value of them. You know how people say they cant really remember their dreams or can only remember then briefly, maybe for the first five minutes of them being concious. Well I dont only remember them for minutes or hours, but days after I have had the dream.

Now let me give you a little info about me. I have been diagnosed with primary insomnia. I have tryed every sleep aid under the sun. The only thing that has helpt me is Seroquel. So I am currently perscribed Seroquel to help me sleep. I also am perscribed to have a sleep study done. So I dont know if it the Seroquel that is giving me the Lucid Dreams. I dont dont know if these are stimming from things that I am thinking of as Im drifting into sleep. Could it be from things that I have seen on TV that gives me some of the things that I dream about. I dont know much about Lucid Dreams except for the definition a Lucid Dream or what they are. So I have been writing everything that I dream down. You could say a Dream Journal. I am doing thing so I can talk with my shrink about all this.
