      Question Simple question

Why do I have LD's mostly when I take a nap in the middle of the day, opposed to when I go to sleep at night?

      Hi,
Are you super tired for these naps?

Cause I cant ever have a LD during a nap. Maybe I get to much sleep at night?

Hmmmmmm. Maybe? I sleep longer during the night, but I rarely have a LD. But I ALWAYS have a LD when I take a quick nap (quick being 1-3 hours long).

I'm not entirely sure on this, but I beleive you go straight into REM when napping, boosting your chances of an LD.
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

I just assumed it was because more brain activity is going on in the middle of the day then at night, but im not sure.

I'm pretty sure that you can enter your REM MUCH faster during a nap than at night.
