Exclamation help! I want to know what is going on!

First of I would like to say I'm new here ( well I've had the acount for a while but then I forgot about it). Hi! I'm Marrisa ( aka zazy) & I'm 16.
Now on to the creepy stuff. I'll try to explain it as best as I can......

It all started about two months ago. It was about 6 in the morning & I had just gotten offhe phone with my best friend. I was laying in bed ( keep in mind I was NOT asleep) & suddenly I can't move, at all. I was frozen for a few mins ( I would say about 10), then my head twitches. I start shaking it back & forth & my body is free. I really didn't think anything of it, until it happened the next morning. I get freaked out & tell my mom, she says lets see if it happens again. Well it does, so my mom takes me to the doctor. They do some tests & they say nothing's wrong. After that everything's okay for about 2 weeks. Then I go to a friends house & spend the night, & yeap you guessed it, it happens again.
I don't know what's going on, it doesn't hurt ( to be truthful it feels kind of calming), I don't mind when it hapens, but I would like to know what's going on. So does anybody know? One of my friends has lucid drems so I told her about it, & she said somthing about wild? If anybody has any answers PLEASE tell me.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Sounds like you keep entering sleep paralysis, something your body does every night. It paralyzes you so any movements you might make in your dreams doesn't actually happen in real life. You are typically unconscious during this, and it's completely harmless. It's related to WILD because you go through sleep paralysis while awake during WILD. Maybe you should give WILD a try if you keep entering it so quickly.

Yep, it's SP. I started getting it when I was 16 too and I've had it every now and then ever since. Don't know why it started then. I find that sleep deprivation can trigger it. If you're at all interested in lucid dreaming, just lie still and don't fight the SP and there's a good chance you'll enter a dream consciously.
