      Quick question

Getting back to lucid dreaming, does it matter how you sleep to get lucid? I like to sleep on my side, but most guides usually talk about being on thier back. Does this have any effect on lucid dreaming? Thanks

I don't know from a scientific stand point wether or not what position you lay during sleep will effect LDing. However, from personal experience, and from hanging out on LD forums for a while and hearing what others have said, I doubt it does. I've LDed on my back, my side, my stomach, with my knees up, sitting up, and curled in a ball.

If you are trying to WILD it might effect your chances of success, but I really don't know. I've been told to WILD on my back, but have only been successful if I lay on my side (the position most comfortable for me).
