A POSSIBLE (still under test) quick and easy way to gain lucidity is the mini WBTB (wake back to bed) technique. You can use the digital watch RC which is very reliable or any RC you like to RC. Just do a few RCs during the day to get familiar and to prime the mind. Then when before you sleep at night do a RC....just one to really check and go to sleep normally. Whenever you find yourself awake even for a moment from sleep...force yourself to do the RC immediately..do not wait. It must be like a reflex, reason for speed is to take advantage of the sleepy/groggy mind which is open to suggestion but as soon as it gains wakefullness it's more difficult to get the message through because of other thoughts that interfere.
