IPOD In Bed Right Before I fall Asleep

It NEVER fails to deliver me some great dreams. I'll play some of my favorite songs, those songs that just make me feel good. Last night I played 5-6, vibed with them, danced, recited along, you know, really got into it and sure enough I had so many episodes of lucid dreams when I fell asleep.

I do have lucid dreams some nights when I dont have my Ipod but not everynight as I do when I do have it. I plan on doing an organized experiment just to prove to myself that it is the music in fact which puts my mind in a state ready to lucid dream, as long as I get 6-9 hours of sleep.

Anybody else helped by music to dream? If not I'd advise you to try it out, I understand though what works for me may not work for everybody else.

Oh and BTW, songs I listened to last night:

      Keane- Is it Any Wonder
      Nas- The World Is Yours
      Ludacris- Saturday
Outkast - The Art of StoryTellin II
Michael Jackson - Remember the Time
      Young Rascals -Groovin

I was thinking about doing the same thing! Nice song's btw =P. I was thinking about listening to "Explosions In The Sky" as I fall asleep. It's just great instrumental music, and no doubt I believe it can bring on some interesting dreams.

Yeah, I wanted to conduct an experiment on how music affects your dreams but I think I'll leave that up to you.

Id say it would. Usually you want to cut off any external stimuli including sound (music) when doing a WILD.
But I dont know, it might work for you, but I know it wouldnt work for me.
