The only thing I can think of is that you're getting excited or startled by the awareness of what's happening. This happens a lot when I and others try to WILD, but it never happened to me 3 times in a row. Controlling your emotions is a big part of WILDing. If you get the least bit excited or startled when WILDing, then your body will know that you're not asleep and delay SP. I usually get mine on the 2nd or 3rd try so maybe you just need to keep trying.
And I also suggest doing this ith a Wake-Back-To-Bed (WBTB). You should get about 5 hours (more or less) of sleep then get up only long enough to use the bathroom or get something to eat or drink, then go back to bed and try the WILD. This seems to help out a lot of people including myself.
