Hi,
I have Wild'ed before but since then im pretty sure i can have one every night if i wanted too.
My first wild vibrations were like pins and needles, not sore though and it didn't take very long for me to get into the dream.
But now I just relax and then i start feeling this weird spinning thing, like my head is spinning almost and i get some noise hallucinations, which are people saying my name, ulthough i have had visual ones. But when this happens i get freaked and move to stop it but for a few seconds i can still feel my head spinning.
So i would just like to know if this is normal ect. Thanks
