A.1.: A lucid Dream is when you're %100 sure that you're dreaming when you are. Ask yourself, "was I aware that I was dreaming in the dream?"
A lot of times when you wake up, you will find that you had a lot of control over your non-LD. Ive noticed this many times, but it doesnt mean that it was a LD. Remember to ask yourself that question hen you wake up, then you will always know whether or not you were lucid.

A.2.: You can become lucid more often with practice and dedication.
First, get a dream journal and record all of your dreams; this helps to improve your dream recall. Second, go through your DJ and try to identify any possible Dream Signs (signs that you're dreaming). Third, research and practice a lot of different induction techniques in order to see which one works best for you.
