      Richard Linklaters 'Waking Life'

      I've noticed a lot of people on this forum have quotes or signatures from the movie Waking Life.

      I'm probably expressing something that has been discussed here before, but I'm new here and I dont know for sure. Is Waking Life not one of the most creative and innovative movies you have seen?

      It impressed me soo much. Normally, such a diverse range of philosophy and depth of dialogue is not found on film. Aside from the brilliant script and the incredible cast of characters, I loved the animation. Interpolated rotoscopic animation, I believe. It was so vivid, and smooth, it had a very lifelike quality. And then they'res the original score... Tosca Tango Orchestra is great.

      Soooo..... Waking Life. Definitely one of the most memorable movies to come from the industry this new millenia.

      yesh that movie was definetely a unique one and it had a good plot to it as well. The part i still dont get is whether or not the guy woke up
      The animation was as u said, astounding. It looked almost lifelike in quality and except when the colors were all weird in some of the scenes, it almost looked real. ne way enuff gushing about the movie lol its good but theres a few topics about it posted already, its getting old.
