      Wierd dream feeling?

Does anyone experiance an odd, back of their mind/soul sort of feeling after an odd or interesting dream?

That happens to me a lot and it happens usually the day after a dream. Sometimes I get it the whole day or everytime I recall the dream.
I wonder if its dream nostalgia? It feels like I know something or I'm being watched sometimes. I think I'm wierd.....0_0

You're not weird. Do you mean, like, dream deja vu? Where you're having a conversation with someone and it suddenly hits you that--woah!--you dreamed this very conversation the night before! I get that a lot.

      Um no, not that.
It's just this wierd feeling I get when I remember certain kinds of dreams thorughout the day. I guess I'm alone in this.

      No, your not alone.
It's hard to explain...but I think most LDers experience this.

Is this feeling kind of like being disconnected from reality just a little bit? Things a little fuzzy for a few seconds?

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion so quickly... Maybe you could elaborate some more on what you mean by this feeling.

As I said before, I don't really know how to explain it. Nothing gets fuzzy or anything and it doesn't matter if I had gone lucid or not.

I guess you could say it is like a disconnected feeling though. For me, I know this sounds wierd, but it like its coming from the back of my heart, like I know or something wierd might happen. Its really tough to describe, but it happens. All I do is after I've had an odd or interesting dream and I think about it again during the day, I get it.

Is this too confusing or what?

I know exactly what you mean phan. A really weird dream or a really interesting dream can leave me feeling empty or disconnected for a few days... I think it has to do with the dream world seeming more interesting than the real world, and your mind would rather be back in the dream setting than dealing with the mundane boredom that is our waking lives...

eh. could it be explained as a temporary "jump" to the dream reality, or something of the sort? or wanting to be there rather than here?

      Yeah, I have that...

It's like I get in the shower, and I know it's not real.

Whatever my friends say I never seem to hear (although, I cant hear anything anyway ).

I feel as if I'm going to tumble into the sky.

I'm thinking its kind of what DAL9000 said, I get that alot. It's just some wierd feeling after a dream that for some reason overpowers reality in your mind. Sometimes I wake up thinking I'm the person from my dream and the whole day is filled with confusion as I recollect the dream from the prior night. Then I have to go through the entire process of sorting the details of each world .
      I eat babies.
      Seriously.

Sometimes i feel something like this. Especially in the morning after an extraordinary dream... It can be best described as confusion and amazement.
