      Sounds increasing lucidity

      Im not sure if anyone is familiar with the program I-doser that uses sounds the sync your brain waves and create odd sensations. They have one titled Lucid Dream anyone know if it actually improves your chance to have a LD or if there are any similar sounds that do?
