      Unhappy Did I loose it.

Four days in a row with no lucid dreams. I usually have them every day or other day. I don't do whole dreams lucid, I might just change the direction. And some whole. But I have never had a dry spell like this. What do I do?

Dont worry about it you'll get back into your patten, if you worry about it too much the dry spell will be longer.

`Take some more tea,' the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.

`I've had nothing yet,' Alice replied in an offended tone, `so I can't take more.'

`You mean you can't take LESS,' said the Hatter: `it's very easy to take MORE than nothing.'

Nope. It's impossible to "lose it" in the first place. You'll get one tonight.

I'm a natural, and I've had dry spells. The worst was for 3 months. I seriously thought I had lost the ability altogether, then I took a Seratonin pill and had one of the most vivid lucids ever. Been firing on all cylinders pretty much ever since.

I find I don't LD during bad or stressful times. I also don't during extremely
happy times either.....for instance when first falling in love.
I've been LDing for 22 years and there have been times when I haven't had
one for months....or times when I had one every night for a week. My normal
LDing is about twice a month, but now that I know how to have a DILD, I'm
hoping I can have them more often now.
But once you know how, you never 'lose it'! It always comes back!
