      Exclamation Question for everyone??

      what pills do you take for Sleep Paralysis....i just wonder how do you make the Sleep paralysis work because it about the same as Astral Projeciton OUT OF BODY experince and it the same as Lucid Dreaming so I just wonder what does that.....


      I mostly heard from other people who have this experince of lucid dreaming and that it work that it work almost the same as other one is..

      SP, OBEs, and APs are FAR from the same. Other members will have to give you true definitions. But they are not the same.

      they are working on drugs that can induce sp...im not sure if effective though. They are using serotoninergic agents

      Warrior relax..

      Sleep Paralysis only plays a small role in Lucid dreaming. I read your other posts on the other thread and I read the responses given to you.

      I think you should not continue to experiment with 'pills' if you are going to continue having nightmares.. I think you should slow down and take things one step at a time..

      If you really 'need' to attain Sleep Paralysis then I suggest you either go to the tutorials section on the forums here and read some of the very informative WILD tutorials that our members have kindly submitted.

      Aside from that, a little meditation 3 or 4 times a week will help you a lot, not only in attaining Sleep Paralysis but also possibly kerbing your nightmares..

      Again just relax, take small steps and dont rush, its not a race.. Just let it come..
