      Brutal experience while Try to do a DEILD

      So , For last 2 nights I have been practicing DELD with some what success. But as soon as I imagine that I’m back at my previous dream. My body feel likes it's on a Massive rollercoaster. But after that I AWLAYS lose consciousness but I do remember my dreams though.


      Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

      The massive roller coaster = sleep paralysis setting in, at that point, it can go either way about what can happen. This is really only something that improves with practice.
