      WILD/DILD split + questions

      So, I have tried to WILD for a long time. The only success I´ve had, is when I awake from an LD, and drift back to sleep. So, I was kinda thinking...

      Could I try to WILD with napping after school? (btw, I could nap 10,5 hours after I wake up at morning) And then, could I also do WBTB at night, and have DILDs that way? I know that it is possible ofc, but how can I get tired enough to for napping?

      So could someone make me a sleep pattern for that?

      HEY, where are all the replies

      Well, I made the sleep pattern myself. So here it goes:

      I go to sleep at 2am, wake up at 6am and all the way to 7am I try to WILD, so that´s about 4.5h of sleep.

      Then after school I take a 3-hour nap. = 7.5h of sleep.

      Is this good??

      No. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.

      I'm a senior with my first two classes off. I sleep from 9-9 sometimes.

      I agree with Tweek. Not getting enough sleep will only make haveing LDs harder. Maybe go to bed at 1:30 am?

      Nah, I don´t really sleep much normally. And in order to WILD I have to be tired, so for the next couple of weeks I´m gonna get a bit too little sleep in total, so I´ll be tired for the WILDs

      But guess what! I got "close" to WILD yesterday when I was napping. So this is what happened:

      I went to bed. In about 10min I started to see HI. Soon I imagined a burning house in front of me, and I could feel the flames at my face, and my thougts started spreading around. Then I knocked out...

      Was I close?
