I guess this would work, sounds like the progressive method I use to fall asleep sometimes, where you hold muscle groups tensed for a while a few times, then move on to the next group, until your whole body is tired and relaxed. |

Someone told me today that if you hold your hand up towards the celing, when your arm gets tired and you have to keep moving it down this will help you get into the state of being half-asleep like then you just wake up. |
