So, I have tried to WILD for a long time. The only success I´ve had, is when I awake from an LD, and drift back to sleep. So, I was kinda thinking...

Could I try to WILD with napping after school? (btw, I could nap 10,5 hours after I wake up at morning) And then, could I also do WBTB at night, and have DILDs that way? I know that it is possible ofc, but how can I get tired enough to for napping?

So could someone make me a sleep pattern for that?
