I usually don't go to bed until about 4 or 5 am and I think this keeps
me in a deep sleep state because my body is always tired and I never
manage to wake up. If I DO wake up, however, chances are I won't go
back to sleep. I'm still on the goal of DILDing, but I still haven't managed to
pull it off yet.

So does it matter what time I go to bed
or is there a specific technique that can help me along with DILDing?
