      alarm ye no alarm

right, I've had an interesting experience today. Yesterday I made a special custom alarm that would beep very shortly once every 30 seconds thus not requiring me to get up to turn it off and being lye still and able to remember my dreams. It sorta worked, only that after I went to record my dreams it was several hours early- it didn't go off yet! How do I prevent this from happening again? if I use a pinch nose technique I could loose some recall since it requires motion, yet it's dark out so that's my only option. what to do if this happens again??

buahaha! same night! dreamt I was 'someone' who went to sleep in a hospital and then gained lucidity bu seeing himself in a mirror and noticing he had wrong clothes. Again note the "someone", wasn't me lol

additional note: as I'm falling asleep (in real life) I'm saying "I will do a RC and know I'm asleep". or something similar. and not moving at all. - my humble attempt at WILD.

I had a similar Idea of making a shor arlarm via CD and letting my cdplayer play it at night to induce a DEILD, so I can wake up without having to move.
I'm not the signature, I'm just cleaning here.

atm I am just using a free pc alarm program called clocX and here is my alarm sound (wav, 4mb)

      http://yuriythebest.g0dsoft.com/beep-1.wav

the alarm beeps 2-3 times, waits 30 seconds, beeps a lil more and at 60 seconds beeps even more!

the downside is that your computer has to be turned on- not a problem if it's turned on anyway for torrents or other stuff
