right, I've had an interesting experience today. Yesterday I made a special custom alarm that would beep very shortly once every 30 seconds thus not requiring me to get up to turn it off and being lye still and able to remember my dreams. It sorta worked, only that after I went to record my dreams it was several hours early- it didn't go off yet! How do I prevent this from happening again? if I use a pinch nose technique I could loose some recall since it requires motion, yet it's dark out so that's my only option. what to do if this happens again?? |

I had a similar Idea of making a shor arlarm via CD and letting my cdplayer play it at night to induce a DEILD, so I can wake up without having to move. |
