reduce the number of wakeups with my problem. I'm finding I can LD pretty good without keeping a dream journal but it seems my thoughts, eye movements, feeling of swallowing the "magic pill", basically anything that can substract my attention from the dream overwrites it and wakes me up right where everything gets good. |

Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends
it is only yourself
I have found that vividly and descriptivly recording my dreams in my dream journal (DJ) seems to help me have more vivid and involved dreams. I think it somehow helps my subconscious know that I want vivid and complex dreams. Try keeping a good DJ for a while and see if it works the same for you! |
