      SP troubles

      Wellllll, I have SP quite a lot but I am too oblivious when it occurs to remember that I can have a lucid from it. I always try to get out of SP when I can't move. Help? This has been going on for forever, but I'm finally starting to care more about it. So any tips would be helpful.

      Well try to be calm and conscious as possible. To me SP is like a backdoor to WILD. It makes it a lot easier to achive. So keep that in mind, not everybody always has SP. You are one of the lucky ones
