Panic!!!

Once before I new about lucid dreaming. I took a nap on the couch. Right well this is what happened. I was really sick that month from colds and throat infections. I fell asleep then before I knew it I was getting chased by a yellow van that had nobody in the drivers seat. I ran into a dead end. It started driving at me, then suddlenly a type of drill came out the front. Before it hit me I woke up and started to panic. I started screaming and shouting " get away from me". In the room were my whole family also. Has this ever happened to you. Sorry if this is in the wrong subject.

Hehe, this has happened to me before. I had a dream where my brother burned all my books. I got so mad ( I <3 my books) and screamed really loud. I felt like my angry scream was ripping through reality. In-fact, it was, my dad came running into the room worried that I screamed. I found it quite funny

After I calmed down. I felt embarased because my whole family was watching.

I am very vocal in my sleep and have woken myself up halfway through shouting, swearing and even woke up humming the tune to the amityville horror one time! :-O That scared the hell out of me!! When I used to live at my moms she used to hear me shouting all the time and thought I was doing it on purpose. But then she would check on me n see that I was sound asleep. I have even been known to answer people's questions while I am asleep which is weird. My boyf asks me stuff while I am asleep an he says 9 times out of 10 I answer him but I am definitely asleep n I have no recollection of the event when I wake up. Your not alone lol
