You better pray no one's in the room while it's happening. Though, that wouldn't be a problem. Unless you talk in your sleep. Which is rare, to the best of my knowledge.

Okay hi First of all, you need to have good recall before you lucid dream. For all you know, you could have have an amazing lucid sex dream, but when you wake up, you would have forgotten it. See the point? So keep a dream journal until you are remembering at least 3-4 vivid dreams a night. After you are there, then you will be in a good place to lucid dream. You will know how your dreams works and what signs they give you. The more knowledge of your dreams you have, the better you can master them. My recall is steadily getting better (I'll probably get nothing tonight now I've said that). One cool one the other night, and two last night, one in particular was very amusing. Haven't made it to lucid, yet, but I'm enjoying the dreams anyway. Hope to break through the lucid barrier soon.
