Hey lucid dreamers ive got a question for you was this a lucid dream or not ? Right here goes I was walking down the street and i get to this house i see about 4 people just standing there looking at me theres also a sign but its not clear enuf to read so im like wtf this cant be real lol so anyways i fort to my self is this a dream ? then all of a sudden i could see my right hand out in frount of me everything then started to fade i remember trying the spining around technique but that dindt work once it all faded i woke up ?

Lucid dreaming, also known as dream consciousness or conscious dreaming, is dreaming while being aware that you are dreaming. Sounds good to me. May have been a fairly low level of lucidity if you lost it so fast. Gratz =]

Sounds like a very short lucid dream and a failed attempt to keep it going What works better for me is to run your hands over the floor, feel the texture, even taste the floor if you must. In other words, activate your dream senses But consider that you can't keep a dream going forever. If that was just the natural end of your dream, then you were stuffed anyway (ie. end of your REM phase)

Yup, that was a low level lucid dream. Just keep doing what Placebo said and keep working. The more you work the better your results will be Good Job!
