      Sp/rem

I have a question, if the body usually takes about 90 minutes to enter REM after falling asleep how is it possible to induce sleep paralysis, do u have to wait 90 mins, i understand trying it in the middle of the night but if the body paralises in REM that's when u dream the most how's it possible it when u go to bed after a long day....

It's confusing I know. But it is aucttly possible to recall Non-REM dreams. REM dreams are the most vivid and intense usually, but non rem dreams can work just fine. To go into SP, all you gotta do is lay down and DONT MOVE. let yoru body shut down and try to stay focused on your wandering mind. Then you can slip right into it. Really though, it is not the most effeicent method to gain LDs. Go with MILDs.

i find it interesting the idea of being awake and asleep at the same time, and then to go from your imagination to something that u can actually see and change and do whatever u want seems pretty cool; but that mild thing might try it i always fail when trying others haha

Most tried to enter SP after waking from 3 to 4 hours sleep.
That way you can fall back into a REM period almost instantly.

Just try to remain calm and focus on your breathing. It can really help. Think of the dream you just woke from

i tried that once, i had just woken up from a dream and i immediately went back to sleep focusing on it and it was like i could visualize it, though my eyes would move a bit and would loose focus
