I'm pretty sure i woke up in sleep paralysis...

I had a quick dream about texting my friend and reading forums//watching videos of ghost being real and they found proof within cookies.

Then I awoke scared of leaving ym room in fear of cookie-ghosts.

But i moved and left my room easily.
