      A new book.

I was up in Maine this past week, (Bar Harbor) and among the many shops I found a book store that had a book about Lucid dreaming that I have not heard of. Or the author.
---- THE DREAMERS WAY (using proactive Dreaming to Heal and Transform Your Life)
Author: = Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Ph.D.
Also author of The Encyclopedia of dreams

I bought it. I have not read enough of it yet to give a credible response to wether or not I think it is good.
I will certainly post any new information if I find any!

From Amazon.com, here's some of the topics covered in the book:

      Dream healing
The prescription for physical, emotional, and spiritual rejuvenation

      Dream traveling
Experience the future and distant places through extraordinary dreaming

      Dream visits
After-death communication with departed loved ones

      Dream space
Creating your own personal dream temple

      Dream messaging
Sending your dreams into the dreams of others[/b]
In other words... mostly prolly bogus

I am getting that same opion myself. I still try not to disgard any posibilities and in the book, somewhere there just might be that sentance, paragraph, or word that can help with Lucidity.

It does have information about obtaining Lucidity. Lucidity & precognition, Lucidity and dream traveling, and more. But the book does cover a broad range of other thing likley outside of what I would consider Lucid Dreaming.
