      Does this forum help LD?

      I've been a part of this forum for only a couple of days or so. But I wonder if becoming more aware of LDing and reading about it will actually help in achieving it? What do you think?

      I think so, the day after I came back to this forum after a long break I had an LD. FoILD(Forum induced lucid dream) FTW!

      The forum has helped me tremendously. I am still working on having stronger LD's, but it has definetly boosted my dream count to double what it was before i started browsing this place.

      My lucid dream frequency before joining: 2/year for 3 years.
      My lucid dream frequency after joining: 2-3/week for ~5 months.

      I just joind a few days ago but I had been reading the stuff here for about 2 months. in a few weeks since reading the stuff here I had a very long successful wild, so i would say it helps. for me it was deffinitley the information and also the constant thought about it.
