I've been a part of this forum for only a couple of days or so. But I wonder if becoming more aware of LDing and reading about it will actually help in achieving it? What do you think? |

REALITY CHECK
My lucid dream frequency before joining: 2/year for 3 years. |
|
Perhaps the forum itself does not help; but the encouragment and information that the other members supply must. |
|
I think the encouragement, the personal advice, and the reinforcement of the importance of dreams that you gain here all drastically improve your chances of getting Lucid Dreams. |

I agree with Barbizzle, even tough my frequency went down since joining, but thats a coincidence, I'm pretty sure. |

I just joind a few days ago but I had been reading the stuff here for about 2 months. in a few weeks since reading the stuff here I had a very long successful wild, so i would say it helps. for me it was deffinitley the information and also the constant thought about it. |
