I've had lucid dreams that were interupted by my snoring. I put on a Breatheright strip before I go to bed. You could also wear earplugs so you don't hear yourself. |

Is there any research to suggest that people who suffer from sleep apnea, or even severely heavy snorers, cannot lucid dream? |

That wouldn't help the apnea part, since that will wake you up altogether. |

This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
If you are troubled by sleep apnea I would recommend you tell your doctor and get an appointment set up with a sleep lab. It is their job so you would be able to ask them many questions that you have at the time and take advantage of the situation. The reason I recommend this is one of my friends just died from sleep apnea a few weeks back. Out of the blue he went to sleep and didn't wake up. |
