is it best to stand still or pace around while stabilizing? And overall is it good/bad to just "stand around" in dreams? |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
I think both are good. If you move around, you can use your senses more and using your senses is a good stabilizer. Just standing in one place and touching the ground or something is also fine. I think standing around in dreams is fun because you can be observational and it gives you the opportunity to fully appreciate your dreamscape. |

I prefer to stay still while stabilizing, otherwise the sights won't be stable and that's the primary component of my dreams. Whatever works for you, though. Just experiment |

I prefer to stay still while stabilizing. Rubbing the hands, focusing on objects and such, giving commands. All until the dream seems like it's stable enough and then I will explore the world I have created. |
