      Calling all lucid dream masters

Ive got a question. Are there any of you who didnt know about lucid dreaming before finding this website (or others like it) and have become lucid dream masters with 100% success rate since the beginning. Because when I started I could barely remember any of my dreams, but now I pretty good. I just wanted to know if they're are any n00bs who went from 0-0 lucids a night to every dream being lucid, THANKS

There are a lot of people who call themselves "naturals", though the meaning is a bit vague.

I don't like the term natural, but yes I was a lucid dreamer before I knew about it. I associated it with shamanism, which I too practice.

Because I didn't know any reality checks, I usually became lucid just by realizing that I am dreaming by checking my dream surroundings.

I doubt that anybody can have 100% success rate though. I don't. I have lots of LDs but I cannot still say I succeed even with half of the tries.

So in conclusion : no I am not master or whatsoever. I think that best way is just train and hone your skills in order to become better.

Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

Ever since I was little Ive had dreams in which I knew i was dreaming. Id yell out, "wow im DREAMING!" people around me would try to get me to understand i wasnt dreaming, but their constant arguing about it not being a dream made me realize it really was a dream. Ever since then when i went to sleep id always get in the habit of checking everything around me, and look for a sort of "glow"(i realized all my dreams had a glow to them, very bright and overly...idk how to say it like I could feel a lot of things going on around me)

Anyway, there was this period around 13 to 15 years old where I stopped having lucid dreams. Probably because I was growing out of the phase where my imagination was big. Around the age of 16, I saw Vanilla Sky an old movie that had come out and it reminded me about the experiences I used to have quite frequently. So i googled Lucid Dreaming, and stumbled upon this site.

Havent made an acocunt until now for some reason, but i can say that with help from this website, I have a high chance of LDing now, around 75 percent chance or so every night.

I think Lucid Dreaming is just once facet of a much larger area of spirituality in general and connecting with the divine. Expanding your consciousness and awareness... So I think before someone attains 100% success if it is even possible for lay people (I believe Tibetan Dream Yogis can attain 100% success rates) you may be onto other endevours such as meditation etc etc...

But don't get me wrong, LDing is alot of fun and can be an end in itself if thats all your after, the person you are now through wanting 100% success may be different from the person you become as you approach it and quality will become more important than quantity... I dunno anything is possible really...

Well I'm not in anyway a natural lucid dreamer. As a kid I did have the occasional one, but really what I was good at was influencing what my dreams were going to be about before I went to bed by self-suggestion. I remember just thinking about things or saying them aloud repetitively before I went to bed and then sometimes I would dream of them. I've always had an interest in dreaming and at sleep overs as a kid I would ask my friends what they wanted to dream about that night
