Smile Does everybody dream like this?

I don't really speak to anyone i know about dreams, so i thought i'd ask here..

Does everybody have dreams where they know exactly what theyre doing?
I seriously can't think of any dream that i've ever had where i'm not myself, and i'm not controlling my body.
I am constantly finding myself doing really strange things, like talking to Billie Joe from Greenday, and being too amazed that i'm actually talking to him to think about RC'ing.
So yeah, i am always me in my dreams, and i'm always acting myself, and as soon as i wake up, i either think, 'Damn it! so it was a dream!' or i remember the dream as a memory.

Does anyone know what i can do to help me get even more lucids?
(i'm not a COMPLETE noob, i do LD quite a lot)

      Nothing is perfect.

I've been all kinds of people and sometimes other creatures. Most of the time I am what I consider myself though.

I rarely look in to a mirror; My interactions, gait, behaviours, attitudes etc. are always unusual in my dreams, so it's impossible for me to infer from them whether I'm 'myself'.

I tend to jump between different characters and just being a passive observer. It just depends on where the "scene" is going and who happens to be there. I rarely am aware of when I'm myself, but it just depends. If I'm lucid, I most definitely am within my own body.

I don't usually question what's going on around me and normally whatever's going to happen just happens. I sometimes have the presence of mind to be able to change the direction of the dream if I know something bad is going to happen, but even that doesn't cause me to become lucid. Oh well.
