This is an unfinished technique I came up with. I will write it in the style of a tutorial, but I would like help getting it to work...

Step 1: Make sure it is a weekend or other suitable time when you can sleep in.

Step 2: Wake up at your normal time, but stay lying in bed.

Step 3: Stay VERY passive. Just fall asleep. But concentrate on reading, or studying, or something.

Step 4: Suddenly your brain should do a "zap" as if you just woke up. One second you will be reading a book, usually of nonsense or poems, and the next second you will realize that it is not real.

Step 5: Ahh... This is where I need help. Once I realize the illusory nature of the "book", I will usually feel my physical body again, almost always in SP. Last night I achieved a WILD (my first!) with this technique, but I don't know how to do it really. One second I was in SP, deciding that I was to scared of the HI because of a horror book I read yesterday, and when I used my never fail break-out of SP technique (twitch my leg) I was suddenly standing in Yonge-Dundas Square. I was scared for a second, but then realized the awesome truth: WILD!!!!! My LD was kind of stupid, but meh. How can I do this more often?
