Awesome! That does seem something like a wild... I use to get lucid a lot doing something like that, but instead of thinking of books or something I try and remember the dreams I just had, and then thinking about dreams I fall alsleep agian, and sometimes will do an RC. This seems like a really strange way of lucid dreaming, like you have a false awakening of some sorts and then relize ur dreaming? Seems pretty cool, I might try that, but I have a hard time falling asleep... |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
This would not be the most effective way to LD. If you are well rested, getting more sleep would not help your body. Doing a WILD would be simmialr and more effecitve. Good try though |

Ryu, the DV protocol is to experiment on these sorts of ideas (see the Research Guidelines) before proposing new lucid induction techniques. If you think it will work, send an experiment proposal to someone on the staff, and head over to the research forums for discussion and to recruit participants. Once scientific studies have conducted we can establish if it is really able to induce lucidity. Please do not write a tutorial or propose a technique without first conducting some sort of research, such threads will simply be locked. If you wish, I can move this thread to the Research Forums for you. |
