      Sleep Paralysis 20+ Times in One Night

      Had a horrible night, has this happened to anyone else?

      I work third shift and switch my sleep schedule around a lot. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with it, because before I started 3rd shift I would never have SP this bad.

      Any good ways to reduce SP? Other than making my schedule more normal, that is...unforunately, that's not really an option right now.
