      SP Question

      when you go into SP, can you move anthing at all? your mouth? coz i dont no if i've been to SP before but i've def been close. but how much of your body can you not move?
      Total LD's = 6 and counting! lol

      You can move your diaphragm and your eyes.

      Interesting, perhaps. Horrifying and dreadful, yes. There are ways to overcome the fear of it. It's not necessary to go through sleep paralysis in order to go initiate a WILD, but it happens during a lot of WILD attempts. (Well, for me anyway.)

      yep thats about it. cant move any limbs or anything. you're just frozen and it can be scary.
      Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead...only try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.
