Since you know you're dreaming you should know that somewhere in your bed is the real you fast asleep. I came close to doing that once but the dream was fuzzy. If you could find your house in your dream theoretically you should be able to find your bed, see yourself lying in it and maybe even shake your sleeping self to see if that self (you) will wake up.
If the other you DID wake up then it would be possible for there to be two you's in your lucid dream .. the real you and the DC version of you living in HIS dream. In all of my lucid dreams I'm at least aware that I'm really running around in a dream world created by my sleeping body which exists in the real world and that I'm just a character in that dream who could vanish in a minute should my sleeping body decide to wake up. That's why time is of the urgency in all my lucid dreams.
Surely somebody's done this.
