Thread: Is this a WILD or OBE or both?

I was woken up this morning two hours earlier than I anticipated by a phone call. I tried MILDing last night but it didn't work. So as I was going back to sleep, I felt chills and vibrations run up my body. I was aware of what was happening, and tried to maintain a disconnected awareness, which I did. I could move out of my body.

I got out of my bed and did a hand stand next to my bed. I don't know why. I was sure that this was just an OBE, but then my roomate started talking to me within the dream because there was vomit on the floor (weird I know). So then I moved out of our room and walked down the hall of our dorm within the dream. It lasted a long time and was fairly vivid, but it was boring (like all my lucids up to this point ) So then I came back to my room and eventually woke up. I saw people on the way, and there was a friend of mine in my room talking.

This was like an OBE that turned into a Lucid. I've never WILDed before though, was this one?
