      I can "see" a dream when I´m awake ->WILD?

      I was sitting on a bus bench. I was sleepy, like usually. After some time I noticed, that I had closed my eyes. I leaned my head to a window on my left. I tried to keep my thoughs together, but I just though of random crap. "I´m WILDing, I´m WILDing, I´m.... Arnold, the big dude WHA?! Whos yar daddy? Hey, dude, ur WILDing! Oh, yea... I´m WILDing, I´m... eating a bear..."Then, this happened: I can see my cat, and my dad. My cat jumps on my dad. Then my dad kinda throws it away to the floor. I was just saying "He just wants to play", but as I was saying "He", I noticed that I´m still in the bus. I leaned back to the window and closed my eyes. I tried to see the door of my room. I could see it very vividly! I mean, I didn´t actually see it, but you know what I mean. Then I tried to visualize a damn hot chick stripping , and it almost worked!

      Later on, when I was in my room, I tried to do that visualization again. It worked after some time...

      Do you have these kinds of exps too?

      Then another thing:
      Today I tried to WILD before the visualization thing. I could only get some mild hallucinations (a "beep" sound and a feeling of my head getting heavy). I tried to WILD last night too. Over then I could get my feet numb, but I ruined it.
      Can I use this visualization thing to maybe successfully WILD?

      Very much likely!

      There was a thread a while back, about visualizing being somewhere, and then you grab onto something in that place with your dream hands, then you should be pulled into it
      the Fast Grab method or something, can't remember.

      Sounds like you can do it pretty good, so you could just try grabbing on to something while you're about to fall asleep and seeing those visualizations?

      Good luck!

      Malac's Fast Grab: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=65626

      I haven't tried it, but I can see how it would work and it seems to work for other people.

      The problem I have is that whenever I notice one of these waking dream scenes enough to be able to use that technique, it is immediately gone.

      It sounds like hypnagogic hallucinations. Or are these different?
