My latest lucid dream was the longest I've ever had, it was 40+ minutes but it felt like it was at least 1 hour

Same here, one of my earlier lucids was like 40 to 45 minutes, i've come close to that just recently.

I hate to give you such a wish-washy answer, but it all depends on how experienced you are and luck. Mine usually feel like 45 mins, but Ive had ones that inly lasted a few seconds, and some that have felt close to weeks.

Mine have felt like they've lasted up to an hour or more. However lately they have been getting very short and almost nonexistent. But a nice lucid is one that lasts about 15 minutes. Not too short as you can still do a lot in that amount of time, in my opinion.
