      Extended stay in dreamland...

      Hey everyone,

I was just thinking about dreaming.. Many people have said that it is possible to stretch dream time. Maybe liek spending, say, an hour in a dream when in real life only 10 minutes passed. Is there a limit to how much you can stretch the time in your dreams? If not, i was thinking it would be really cool if you felt like spending a day in your dreams but still wake up the same time you normally would. (Not actually sleeping for 24 hours) Think its possible?

I am unfamiliar with this whole idea...and would love to know how exactly to extend dream time? Because my lucids never last long enough.

They touch on this in the movie wakking life for a moment as if its possible. And movies have never lied to me before...

      hrmm.

LaBerge also goes into it a little in his book. He thinks its an effect like in a movie when the sun goes down, and moments later we see it shining through a window, and accept (pretend) time has really gone by. They also did studies with the eye movement thing and found dream time to be very similar to wakking time.

I'd much prefer the stretchy kind though.
